The Creative Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may be used as full or partial payment for any Nine Muses service, subject to availability and the requirements of the selected production.
The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance remains available until the original expiration date. Travel expenses or additional production requirements are not included unless specifically stated.
